Baby Shower Cake Ideas

Bake a sheet cake the size that you need.

With an icing filled bag and round tip, size #5, draw the frog and the baby blocks on the cake top. (See the second picture below for how to draw this on the cake top.)

Cut the cake from around your shape.

Make black icing and using star tip, size #18, make the pupils of the frog’s eyes.

With white icing and the same size star tip, fill in the whites of the eyes.

Now make a green colored icing and using the same size star tip #18, cover the frog.

Make a light yellow colored icing and cover the blocks using star tip, size #18.

With white icing and the same size star tip #18, outline the blocks with a shell border.

Use your green icing and the same size star tip and put the letters BABY on the blocks.

The two letters on the top of the blocks are the first letters of the parent’s name.

Finally, change the tip on the green icing bag to round tip, size #5 and outline the frog.
