Brazo De Mercedes

I don't know if it's categorized as a cake but my loved ones love it very much!

10 eggs,
1 can condensed milk,
1 cup white sugar,
1 tsp cream of tartar,
1 tsp vanilla,
1 tsp butter

Procedure: Mix the eggwhites & tartar, beat until it reaches its consistency, add the sugar gradually. Mix until stiff but not dry. Put in the greased cookie sheet with wax paper. Cook for 40-45 mins.

Mix the condensed milk and egg yolk, cook in a double-boiler, add the butter and vanilla and continue stirring until it becomes smooth yet sticky. Spread into the meringue and roll like the jelly roll. Refrigerate before serving.

What are the temperature degrees for the meringue?
