I have been enlisted to create a three tier square wedding cake for 100 people. Please let me know what size cake pans I should use.

Here are the servings per pan. If they are going to keep the top tier for their anniversary you would not count the servings in the six inch.

6" - 12 servings
8" - 32
10" - 50
12" - 72
14" - 98
