Christmas Fruit Cakes
I made this cake a head of time for Christmas so the rum would soak into the cake. I hand made all the roses and put ribbons on wire and made filler flowers as well. It's covered in white fondant and I used a ribbon to place around the cake and stuck it on with royal icing. I also used gold cashous to decorate.
