Clown Face Cake

Clown Cake
The clown cake was an almond tart, turned upside down. Covered with yellow sugar paste to be the face, with black his eyebrows, then cut oval shapes in white and place them underneath to be his eyes and another two black circles on the white.
The nose is a red sugar paste ball and his mouth rolled up to form a mouth. Roll thin stripes of alternating colors, put them next to each other and roll them with a rolling pin and by this they stick together and form the hat. With the same color make the bow in spotted shape instead. Put some smarties all around the cake.
