Cookie Monster and Chocolate Chip Cookie Cakes
For these Cookie Monster cakes, I made 4 round cakes then spread jam on the top of one then covered it with cream and that with the next cake then did it a second time with the other two cakes.
Then I made a double batch of icing and coloured it blue and piped it all over the cake with some of the leftover cream I piped his eyes and added 2 chocolate drops as the eyes.
I piped his mouth with chocolate gel.
For the second cake, I made another double batch of icing and coloured until I got a colour I was happy with to make it look like a cookie then to finish it off I covered it with chocolate chips.
