Day on the Job Construction Cake

Construction Cake
To make this construction cake, I baked two 11x13" cakes one devils food and one white. I then placed the two beside each other. I first put the chocolate buttercream icing on it then with grass tip. I can't remember the number.
Then, I added the grass. I made a darker green to make grass stand out in spots. I placed crushed graham crackers around on the dirt to make it look like a actual construction sight.
Then, I placed the toys around the cake. This was a very easy cake and only took me 40 minutes from start to finish. Everybody loved this cake it was for my nephew's 1st birthday.
