This deer head cake is chocolate with chocolate buttercream inside and around the edges. The cake is covered in dark chocolate icing, the Deer is hand sculptured from fondant. I made this cake for my husband's birthday, who is a avid hunter. He didn't get a deer this year so I gave him one.
