Dirt Track Car Racing Cake
I used a 9" x 13" cake.
I used buttercream icing and colored 1/2 of it brown and the other 1/2 green.
I made the 'dirt' track with the brown icing....I made it 3 dimensional by putting on a LOT of icing and shaping it to look like a track. I smoothed it out with a butter knife.
Then I put toy race cars on the track.
I used the green icing and made grass all over the rest of the cake.
