Hi, please how can I stick a customer's picture on the cake, and how can I make it edible? I've seen cakes like than but each time I get confused.

edible pictures

You have to have a photo copier that is used only for edible ink. I know Canon makes a reasonably priced one. You cannot use the edible ink in a copier that has been used for regular printing and copying because those inks are toxic if ingested and their residues cannot be removed from the copier. The edible pictures are printed on rice or wafer paper. When you place this on an iced cake, it seems to meld into the icing and only the photo remains.

YOU CAN TAKE A PHOTO TO A BAKERY AND THEY CAN PRINT ONE OFF FOR YOU ON RICE PAPER OR WHATEVER PAPER THEY USE. NANCY
