Elizabeth's Barbie Birthday Cake
This was my first Barbie cake. I used Wilton's Wonder Mold and a chocolate cake mix for the skirt. I used fondant for the skirt and bodice and formed gum paste roses for the front. The rest of the decorations on the skirt and bodice were done with decorator frosting. I had fun making this for my granddaughter's 7th birthday and she enjoyed it too.
