Graduation Cake

After the Enterprise tornado destroyed the high school, our children were displaced for the rest of the year, so, graduation was a big deal. I made this cake for our grandson. The cake was a 1/2 sheet, butter cake with buttercream icing and filling.

The sash and Tiger Paw were made out of fondant. I printed the diploma on the computer and rolled it with ribbon. The graduation cap was a plastic, Wilton cake topper. {I didn't realize until well after the celebration that I had spelled "Congratulations" wrong, but, nobody else noticed.}
