Farmyard Cake
I made this farmyard cake for Heinrich who was turning 1 and his mom was having his birthday party at a farm so fitting that I had to create a farmyard themed cake.
The cake is a single layer vanilla cake with light green butter icing. The barn wall and fence was decorated using a textured mat to get the wood effect and the rest of the animals were made from scratch with sugarpaste.
The mud pool where the pigs are frolicking I actually used melted dark chocolate.
