My favorite recipe is a white chocolate fondant that keeps for months if you store it one of those storage bags that forms a vacumm seal.
Type in "Martha Stewart's White Chocolate Fondant" on your computer. This recipe is so easy to handle and tastes really good.

I also add 1/3 cup shortening to my mixer bowl before adding the marshmallows. It makes it less crumbly.
