Football and Jersey Cake
I made this football and jersey cake for my boyfriends birthday. The cake is covered in fondant. I hand cut the jersey, #32 and school emblem. I used cookie cutters for the name and numbers around bottom of the cake which are all his senior teammates numbers.
The football is chocolate cake and the field is white cake. I precut all the details and wrapped them in plastic wrap so when it came to assembly it was really easy.
I found the football cake pan at Michael's craft store. This cake overall is easy to make as long as you are organized! It took about three hours to decorate. He loved it! It was totally worth the effort!
