Golf Birthday Cake
For this golf birthday cake, I Baked two square cakes, one size 10" & the other size 6". They were Japanese strawberry sponge cheesecakes, which I sandwiched with fresh strawberries, strawberry jam and cream. My client love it very much. This cake is for her husband, a golf lover. I used the non-toxic clay molded into a golfer and golf bag. I hope you like it.
