Harley Benifit Cakes
For these harley benefit cakes, I made two cakes for a local benefit to raise money for a cancer victim. It is ten 6" cakes. I made two cakes with five tiers each.
Both were lemon cream cakes with lemon buttercream filling, and icing.
I made flames out of yellow, red, orange chocolate, which I spread out on wax paper and broke into strips.
I added pictures of the victim and his harley to personalize these cakes. I added fondant balls with light wire to finish it off and some fondant balls around the bottom of border.
He kept thanking me, Its a wonderful feeling to help someone and when you can make something just a little more special than they expect.
