Hello Kitty and Princess Castle Cake

This was a fun cake and my first castle cake!

The cake was made for my great granddaughter who turned 6 and wanted an Hello Kitty or Princess castle cake, so I decided to give her a little of both. She was so surprised and all of her party friends said they want a birthday cake just like this one for their big day.

This is a three tier cake with cream cheese icing covered in raspberry fondant. Everything else was also made with raspberry fondant. The turrets are ice cream cones covered in fondant.

The bottom is two 10” marble cakes. The middle is two 8” strawberry cakes and the top is two 6” chocolate cakes.
