How much fondant?

How much fondant do I need for a 3 tier cake. A 12 inch a 10 inch and a n 8 inch cake. Each tier is 3 1/2 inches high.

Using the decorating guide in the Wilton yearbook and assuming the cakes are round you would need 24 oz for the 8, 36 oz for the 10, and 48 oz for the 12 so a total of 108.

This is using the chart for 4 inch high cakes.
