Ingredients for sugarpaste that does not crack or stick

Hi: please help me to get the right recipes to make sugarpaste, no stick, no crack, I already tried with sugar, gelatine ,vinegar and water, but it came to sticky and impossible to roller with wood stick.
Also I tried with sugar the white of the eggs tragacanto and water and it came cream color and I need it white, and sticky a lot.
I read somewhere to make one recipe with sugar, something name tylose and water, but like you I don't now what is tylose and where to buy it.
Sorry for my english, and thanks for your help, I will appreciate a lot if you can give me the right way to do it that it is like playdough.
