Kevin the Kop Cake
This is a homemade carrot cake baked in a 9x13 pan, frosted with cream cheese frosting. I made a copy of the cop from a coloring page found on the computer and made a transfer with white chocolate. I then made butter cream frosting and colored it in the colors and piped the colors on it.
I did the border of shells with the cream cheese frosting. This cake is for Kevin. I wasn't real sure about cream cheese holding up real well for decorating. I have never done it before. Nancy of Rialto, CA
