Lemon Cake

Lemon Cake

I baked two 8 inch pans of lemon cake. The filling is a Twinkie filling with a little lemon juice and lemon zest. I frosted it with buttercream icing. I did a few decorations and a flower on top.

My phone man came in the other day while I was baking a cake and wanted to know where his was. I told him, I would make him a cake, he said lemon was his favorite. So now he has his lemon cake...Nancy of Rialto, CA
