Creativity - That is how I do it.

Normally is the request of my customer, who prefer certain character. Then I will work on creating the design. A lot of factors will affect the design, e.g their budget, the size of cake, for what occasion, so on. As I am still new in cake decor, so I will do a scatch on a paper, including the design, the colour, the tips use, and other details a few days in advance. I hope this will give you some idea of how I do it.

All the fishs and the sea shells i mould them from chocolate mould that I found in the bakery ingredient shop. Thank you for all your encouragements.

Any cellotape or tape that can hold the toothpicks and the doll. You can get it in your local stationery shop.
