Longivity Cake

Longivity Cake

A good friend's mother celebrating 85 birthday. I baked a 15" x 12" Japanese sponge cheesecake. Then frosted it with fresh cream. The chinese character "Longivity" and the fan I first drew it on a piece of paper, then using the chocolate transfer method, I transferred them onto the cake.

Then I filled the design with piping jelly. The Longivity fruit I pumped it with a special tip from our local cake designer. The flowers are carnations and roses.
