Minnie Mouse Birthday Cake

For this Minnie Mouse cake, I made a 2 tier cake, the bottom larger made of chocolate cake and the top smaller and mixed colored cake.

I bought about 400g of sugar paste and covered in white the bottom part, then put the smaller cake and covered it in red and put white spots to look like Minnie's dress.

For the bottom part, I cut 3 circles 2 of the same size and one bigger and joined them to look like back Minnie's head, and put them all around the cake.

As a topper I build up the head of Mickey's face and made him a bow to look feminine, I even covered an upside down cup to put the head on.
