Bake a sheet cake the size that you want. Using an icing filled bag and round tip, size #5, draw a monkey and leaves on the cake using the above picture as a guide.
Cover the monkey's face and ears in tan icing using a
star tip, size #18. Do the monkey's nose in black icing and the same
size star tip.
Cover the white part of the banana in white icing and the same size
star tip. The banana peel is done in yellow icing. Fill in the monkey
with brown icing using the picture as a guide.
Outline the banana peel in brown icing and round tip, size #5.
The monkey's eyes are a large dot piped in white icing and round tip, size #5. A smaller dot is piped on top using black icing and the same size round tip.
Pipe the smile on the monkey using black icing and the same size round tip.
Cover the leaves in green icing. Pipe the outline in dark green and round tip, size #5. The grass on the bottom is also piped on in dark green and the same size round tip.
