Pink Flamingo Cake
To make this pink flamingo cake, I made a wooden stand out of dowel rods and board and screws.
The cake was 2 9x13 pans; cut and shaped for the body.
I used fondant for the legs, feet, neck and head.
The head was made and carved from styrofoam and covered with fondant.
The cake is lemon with strawberries and cream filling and champagne buttercream frosting piped with the large and small star tips.
I used fondant to make some pink feathers on the body.
