Pizza Cake

Pizza Cake

For this pizza cake, I used a large circle cake pan to make a thin yellow cake. I frosted the top with red frosting and added grated vanilla bark for cheese. I put it in a hot oven for a few minutes so the "cheese" would melt.

The pepperoni was made from fruit leather; the sausage was chocolate mixed with coconut; the onions and peppers were flattened gumdrops; the mushrooms from flattened caramels.

My local pizza place donated the box!
