Princess Belle Birthday Cake

Princess Belle Birthday Cake

For this princess Belle birthday cake, I used the chocolate transfer design method which most of our local professional cake decorators use. First, print out your design to the size that you need on a paper. Then trace it onto a grease paper using pen or pencil.

Turn over the grease paper and using melted chocolate with tip No.1 or 2. Pump all the outline of the design to every details like eyes, nose, etc. Then leave it to dry. You may prepare this in advance.

Next, frost the cake with buttercream or cream. Turn over the grease paper and paste it on the cake. Make sure all the outline has contact with the icing. Remove the grease paper slowly and you will see your design with 100% accuracy appear on the cake. It is very simple.

Now with the design transfered onto the cake, you may fill it with gel or cream or even stars.
