Fire Truck Cake

To make this fire truck cake, I made one 11 X 13 inch cake, and two 8 X 8 square cakes. Cut & assembled the pieces to make the shape, I cut out the wheels and the ladder from the chocolate cake. I iced the cake with a butter frosting, and had to use an entire tub of Wilton food coloring to make it the proper shade of red! Decided to use yellow and white icing for the piping.
