Red Velvet Cupcakes

by Peggy Moore

How do I stop the cup cakes from falling flat? Also, they burn on the outside and are not cooked all the way through on the inside? Please help, I need to make some by Friday of this week to take to my grandson's class.

Cold flour or eggs will get sinking and unevenly cooked cupcakes/cakes or less flour used also causing the cakes to sink.

I use cake mix red velvet and also home made. I put into paper cups, fill 2/3s full and bake for 15 to 20 min. be sure your oven is 350 degrees. That should work for you. Hope it helps. Nancy of Ca
