Red Velvet Cupcakes

by Peggy Moore
(Vallejo, CA)

How do I stop the cup cakes from falling flat? Also, they burn on the outside and are not cooked all the way through on the inside? Please help, I need to make some by Friday of this week to take to my grandson's class.

Cold flour or eggs will get sinking and unevenly cooked cupcakes/cakes or less flour used also causing the cakes to sink.
