REGAL ICING
by: NANCY OF CA

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS LIKE OR IS FONDANT ICING. I MADE A CAKE AND COVERED IT AND DECORATED IT FOR A BIRTHDAY, THE GIRL WAS SICK AND WE POSTPONED IT FOR OVER A WEEK. I HAD PUT THE CAKE IN A CAKE COVER THAT WAS PLASTIC AND THE LID HAD A SEAL TO SEAL IT. I TOOK IT OUT AND LET IT THAW OUT IN THE SAME COVERED CAKE COVER. IT WAS FINE AND I GOT MORE COMPLIMENTS ON HOW MOIST THE CAKE WAS. THAT WAS MY EXPERIENCE WITH IT AND NOW I DO FREEZE THEM IF I HAVE TO. THIS WAS IN JULY AND VERY HOT HERE IN CA. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT, SO I DON'T KNOW WHY YOU COULDN'T DO IT. NANCY OF CA
