Seashell Mermaid Cake
This seashell mermaid cake was also for an auction. I found this seashell shaped pan at a used clothing store.
I used a picture out of a coloring book and did a chocolate transfer of it on the cake.
The picture is a mermaid fairy sitting on the moon above clouds.
I used one cake mix and baked according to directions.
Then I used buttercream icing. I tried to give it a tye-dyed effect but it didn't work out the way I wanted.
The lighting was terrible that night so my pictures turned out dark. Sorry about that.
