Soccer Team Birthday Cake

This is a simple soccer team birthday cake depicting the England team.

Step 1: Square pan used to bake the base.

Step 2: Two coloured icing prepared – cream and red, using Crisco shortening and food coloring.

Step 3: Equal markings were made on the cake – with two layers – one smooth layer done initially, left in the fridge for a few minutes to set and the second layer iced with two different icing cones.

Steo 4: Last but not the least, child’s name and age were iced onto different sections on the cake.
Used Cisco shortening, icing sugar beat at medium speed for around 5 minutes for the icing.

The cake was baked on a cardboard covered with – and was vanilla flavour.
