Spider Man Cake

Spider Man Cake

For this Spider Man cake, I used the chocolate transfer method that I shared before. It is very easy but hard to explain because it involved a few steps. This spiderman is in action as my friend's son requested for his birthday.

Chocolate transfer method

Princess Belle Birthday Cake
For this princess Belle birthday cake, I used the chocolate transfer design method which most of our local professional cake decorator use. First, print out your design to the size that you need on a paper. Then trace it onto a grease paper using pen or pencil.

Turn over the grease paper and using melted chocolate with tip No.1 or 2. Pump all the outline of the design to every detail like eyes, nose, etc. Then leave it to dry. You may prepare this in advance.

Next, frost the cake with butter cream or cream. Turn over the grease paper and paste it on the cake. Make sure the outline has contact with the icing. Remove the grease paper slowly and you will see your design with 100% accuracy appear on the cake. It is very simple.

Now with the design transferred onto the cake, you may fill it with gel or cream or even stars.

Hi Shirley,
Please refer to my Princess Belle Cake for the chocolate transfer method. I used the same way to transfer the design onto the cake. As this method you can transfer the design very accurately. Any problems please email me lena_tan2002@yahoo.com
