Thomas The Train Cake
This Thomas The Train cake is a 3-D cake that was made by cutting a full sheet cake to the desired sizes for each of the pieces. The cake was then stacked into individual parts, filled, crumb coated and chilled.
Then I covered the cake in white chocolate fondant.
I then assembled the cake. It was a huge hit at the party.
