Train Cake

I used 2 cake mixes.

I used a medium sized loaf pan for the engine and small loaf pans for the box cars.

There are 2 loaves per car. I cut a small loaf to fit on the top of the engine.

You can use oreo cookies for the big wheels and mini-oreos for the small ones.

Use a candy stick broken in half to be attached to the 2 big wheels.

I used a star tip to cover the engine and cars.

I also used a big marshmallow for the smoke stack.....toothpicks all the way through and into the top of the engine. Then covered it with icing.

I put the boys name on the front of the engine.

I also crushed up oreo cookies for the 'coal' car.
