Logan's 2nd Birthday Train Cake

The train is a bundt cake baked in loaf pans. The rounded edges were cut off to create a straight edge. The icing is homemade with powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla, and Wilton food coloring.

The only non-edible piece is the rounded section on the engine, it is a can with icing on it. The cake is decorated with mini M&Ms, Oreos as the light and wheels, graham crackers as the tops of the engine & caboose, and marshmallows as the "smoke".

The track is made with black licorice and graham cracker sticks.
