Turkey Cake
I made this cake for a neighbor whose birthday fell on Thanksgiving. She said she wanted Turkey. Well, she got a turkey---cake. I used fondant to cover the cake. A meat tenderizer to create the turkey "look" and chocolate syrup to make the glaze. The whole cake was edible. The legs were made of rice krispie treats covered with buttercream and fondant. Where's the cranberry sauce?
