Veggie Cake - Bubba's Market

Veggie Cake

This veggie cake is for my cousin. She is a registered dietitian and loves veggies!

I used 2 carrot cake mixes and made 2 - 9" x 13" cakes.
Cool completely.

I used buttercream icing and iced one cake smooth.
I used a light brown to make a grocery sack about 3/4 of the cake and the top I did in white.

I took the other cake and cut out shapes to represent the vaggies. Corn, carrot, broccoli, tomato, green peas, eggplant and celery.

I iced the small shapes in thier corresponding colors.
I added leaves and dots to some veggies.

I wanted to add more but didn't have enough room. It turned out bigger than I'd imagined.

It says 'BUBBA'S MARKET' because her older brother designed this cake for her and that's what she calls him!
