Father's Day or Super Bowl Cake

Father's Day or Super Bowl Cake

I made the cake with a cake mix. I baked it in a nine by thirteen glass pan. I frosted it with buttercream, then put the white fondant on and rolled a piece of blue for the ribbing. I had trimmed the cake first by taking off the corners of the top of the cake and made a little trim for the neck.

I wanted to do the back side of the Rams Jersey so I could put the name of the player on it and number. I made this for my boyfriend for Father's Day that we will celebrate this week, so his daughter can celebrate on the real father's day with him.

What is so cool is his last name is Jackson, so it worked out just perfect. You can use any ball team, baseball, basketball or whatever. It is very simple and easy not too much to do on it.Check the internet for Jersey's of his favorite team and player....Have fun, Nancy
