Chanel Cake

This Chanel cake was ordered by a mother for a surprise party for her daughter who had just finished her career of architecture, but most of all she loves shopping and feels very fancy about a Chanel handbag. So, her mother wanted to surprise her with this lovely cake.

This is a chocolate cake moistened with strawberry jam. It is covered with butter icing and yellow fondant.

The handbag is also a cake covered with butter icing and black fondant with diamonds. The pink high heel shoe is made of gumpaste.

The architecture articles are also done with gumpaste and the sheets of paper with fondant. I drew the plan with an edible pen to make a real scene of her career.

María called Quillota by her family) was so surprised when she saw her cake. She shared her cake with all her family and at night shared the Chanel handbag with her close friends.
Her mother is so proud of her.
