Ingredients for Chocolate Icing:
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar grinded
1 small bar of cooking chocolate
3 tbsp white butter
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate and butter in a double boiler. (Simply place a larger bowl of water on stove and let it boil, place a smaller bowl on top and melt chocolate and butter in it)
2. Beat an egg in a separate bowl and mix sugar in it. Add this mixture to the double boiler and cook for just one minute and remove from heat.
Tip: this icing is best if you want to put biscuits on top of your cake.
