Elmo Cake
To make this Elmo cake, I took 2 cake mixes - one chocolate, one yellow and made a marble mix. One cake was made in a large round pan which was
Elmo's face and a small one to cut out pieces for nose and eyes to place on top of cake to build them up.
We iced the white of eyes first, then the nose. We spread icing on first, then piped stars.
Then the mouth and pupils were done and finished with the face.
It turned out very cute!
