Handicap Cake
I wanted to do a different cake and and tease my boyfriend. He has a Handicap sticker on his car for back and knee injury. I made an 8x8 cake with two pans and one mix. It is a lemon cake with lemon filling.
I made my fondant and cut out handicap figures and placed them on a blue fondant frosting. I made the letters and numbers with white fondant and little cutters. He got a good laugh out of it. I wasn't teasing because of the Handicap, but I always tell him he is getting old...Nancy of Rialto, Ca
