Hawaiian Cake
To make this Hawaiian cake, I baked 3 carrot walnut cakes size of 10", 8", and 6". This is my 1st fondant 3 tiers cake. I covered it with ready made fondant from NZ. I decorated it with the theme of Hawaii. I used lots of hibiscus flowers, daisy, and leaves on these cakes. These cakes turns out to be the highlight of the birthday party and it tasted yummy too.
