Little Angel Cake
For this angel cake, I made one eight by eight square cake with a half a box of strawberry cake mix. I made a half of a white cake in the other eight by eight pan and put green food coloring in it. I have a pink layer and a green layered cake.
I split both in half and frosted them with buttercream frosting. I made marshmallow fondant and tinted it teal color.
I made an angel with fondant, although I am not good at molding things. I let it dry a little over night sitting on a styrofoam cup. This morning I put the fondant ribbons and flowers and bottom trim on and then put the Angel on top. I secured her with a long stick as thin as a toothpick.
I put a little glitter and pearl dust on it to give it a little shine.
