Pink Princess Castle Cake
My niece requested I bake her a cake and decorate it to look like a castle cake. I made a two layer 8 inch for the bottom and a 2 layer 6 inch for the top. Buttercreme icing colored with two shades of pink gel covered the cake and borders. I used waffle cones for the tower peaks. She loved the cake.
