This Quinceanera cake was made using a 14", 12", 10", 8" and 6" round pans.
Each cakes was moisted with different liquors.
The bottom cake was a Yellow Vanilla Cake.
Continue with Amaretto Yellow Cake.
Then Brandy Yellow Cake, Almond Yellow Cake and Kahlua Yellow Cake.
The Italian Frosting was "Home made" using the eggs whites, granulated sugar syrup and creme of tartar for consistency.
The flowers were Gum Paste and "home made" as well.
