Snowman Cake

Snowman Cake

I made this Snowman cake to celebrate year end holiday, when my friend asked me to make two cakes for her son's school party. That is how I got an idea to create a snowman cake for him. I baked a 9" round cheesecake and 7" round chocolate sponge cake. I put them together and frosted it with cream. It was a big hit among the classmates.

the scarf

I used star tips with one in red and one in green. 1st I used a toothpick and draw the outline of the scarf and fill it with lots of star.
